Catherine Logsdon

Born in the steamy, gentle pace of the Deep South, but raised in hectic city-life in Kentucky, Catherine Logsdon has always longed for the slower pace of southern living. Long ago, she discovered that the introspective process of creating art takes her to that place where things move at a snail’s pace, with time to reflect. Since early childhood, Ms. Logsdon has pursued the world of art and delighted in creation and its process as a very special gift. Formal education in Art and Design led to careers in Interior Design and teaching, culminating in work as a full-time artist. Today, Logsdon passionately pursues creative expression, with a desire to speak to others of the things that comprise the wealth and meaning of life.  A pioneer in the burgeoning Covington Arts District, she works to create opportunities to share both her work and the work of other local artists within the community.
